ABOUT

ABOUT ME

I'm a qualified experienced therapist offering appointments across Europe. I have worked as a therapist in the British National Health System for years and had the privilege of studying with the most prominent figures in the field of CBT research. I consider myself blessed for all those years, I've met a vast variety of clients and learned a lot from their stories.

I have then decided to step into private practice, to be able to fully dedicate to my clients and provide a more tailored approach.

HOW I WORK

I am committed to creating a space where you feel able to speak freely about what troubles you, and to working with you to achieve your goals.

I won't tell you what to do, but I will support you overcome the issue by using your strengths.

I am really passionate about offering support to expats as I also live between two countries and I understand the difficulties of living far away from home, but of course my services aren't limited to that!

MY SPECIALTIES

I am mostly specialised in treating low self-esteem and trauma. While our mind is a beautiful thing, sometimes it can become our worst enemy, and turn against us. This leads to problems like:

  • Not believing in ourselves, the imposter syndrome

  • Not applying for the job we really want, because we think we’re not good enough for it

  • Procrastination (in school, at uni, in work, at home, even hobbies)

  • Not enjoying going out for fear of others’ judgement

  • Being in a toxic or abusive relationship

  • Not being able to let go of a difficult or traumatic past

I can support you challenge those beliefs, make your mind your ally again, and develop a compassionate self-dialogue with yourself. This doesn’t mean condoning the past or making it ok, but rather being understanding towards ourselves and our pain.
